The city administrator serves as the chief administrative officer.  In this capacity, the administrator is responsible for the City’s day-to-day operations and the coordination of work among all departments and programs.

With more than 25 years of public management experience, Bob is city administrator for one of the fastest growing communities in Washington state.  During his tenure with Snoqualmie and throughout his career, he has reorganized city departments, streamlined city business systems, greatly improved customer service and elevated the professionalism of city management.  

In 2005, the International City Management Association (ICMA) recognized Larson with the Program Excellence Award for Outstanding Partnerships in Intergovernmental Cooperation.  Bob serves on the Washington City-County Management Association (WCCMA) board of directors, North East King County Regional Public Safety Communication Agency (NORCOM) board of directors and  is a member of the eCityGov Alliance board of directors including chairman from 2007 to 2014.
