The City of Snoqualmie has ten advisory boards, commissions, and committees made up of citizen volunteers that advise the City Council on a wide variety of topics and issues. Click on the links at right for more information about the city boards and commissions. Vacancies for these groups occur either through scheduled vacancies (those created by the expiration of a term) or through unscheduled vacancies as a result of resignations.
Snoqualmie Arts Commission
The Snoqualmie Arts Commission has an opening on its board for someone with a passion for the arts. The Arts Commission advises the City Council on public artwork. It promotes and encourages public programs to increase interest and engagement in the fine and performing arts. Commission members also work toward preservation of Snoqualmie’s cultural heritage. The nine-member commission meets on the second Monday of each month at 5:30 - 7:00 p.m. at City Hall, 38624 SE River Street.
