We will be instituting a new policy regarding the request for inspections in the City of Snoqualmie, starting on Wednesday, March 1, 2006.

The preferred method for contractors to submit their inspection requests is by our online inspection website as we are finding phone messages are sometimes hard to understand because of the interference created by using cell phones and unreliability of our phone system when there are power outages.

In an effort to provide inspections in a more efficient manner, inspection requests must be made no later than 3:00 PM to be scheduled for the next day’s inspections.  Inspection requests made between the hours of 3:00 PM and 12:00 midnight will be scheduled on the next day’s schedule only if it can be accommodated.  If time constraints do not allow the inspection to be performed, it shall be scheduled for the following day.  All inspections submitted after 12:00 midnight shall be scheduled the day following that work day.  All late inspection requests shall be considered on a case by case basis by the Building Official.
