Providing the public -- including residents, businesses, and visitors -- with timely news and information related to city business is a key component of the Communication Division.
There are several ways you can learn more about the City and how it can serve you.
- Subscribe to 'City News' to receive news releases, special event notices, regional announcements that affect our citizens, and emergency alerts. Write to info@ci.snoqualmie.wa.us to subscribe. This is a confidential list that is used only by the City of Snoqualmie.
- Check the website regularly to access the community calendar and current city council agendas, plus local department information, a public document library, and bios about your elected officials and city management.
- Listen to AM Radio 1650. This is a local radio station operated in partnership between the cities of Snoqualmie and North Bend. During times of severe weather, emergencies, or disasters, watch for the flashing yellow lights on several radio station signs throughout Snoqualmie and North Bend. During times of non-emergency, this station plays recorded information about local activities and events.
- Sign up for REVERSE 911. Using REVERSE 911, city officials can quickly target a precise geographic area of the city or the city as a whole and potentially reach thousands of phone numbers each hour.
