DESCRIPTION
The Three Forks Natural Area is an unusual property. It is situated at the confluence of the south fork, north fork and middle fork of the Snoqualmie River, and includes over five miles of riverfront, and is dominated by riverine, riparian, and wetland habitat. The area is mostly left in its natural state, but the City recently opened a portion of the site as an off-leash dog park. The park is partially fenced and right on the slough with acres and acres of open space for dogs and owners to play. The Snoqualmie Valley Trail runs behind the Three Forks off-leash park. For more information, visit the King County website.
