• Produces meeting materials for city council meetings 
• Provides public notification of city council meetings 
• Preparation of city council meeting agendas and minutes
• Manages and responds to requests for public records
• Responsible for maintaining the City’s official documents, including Ordinances and Resolutions
• Computerizes legislative history, records contracts and agreements
• Serves as the designated agent for receiving claims against the City
• Helps recruit members to serve on a variety of City boards and commissions
• Coordinates volunteer program
• Serves as liaison to King County Elections
• Provides Notary and voter registration services
• Serves as the City's back-up Public Information Officer
• Serves as the Delegate to the Washington Cities Insurance Authority

Jodi's mission is to facilitate communication, information sharing and participation by citizens in their municipal government while providing a necessary link between the legislative and administrative functions of the City. She is the founder of the City of Snoqualmie Citizens Academy and also coordinates many government and volunteer events.
