Salish Expansion Development Agreement


A development agreement between the City of Snoqualmie and Gateway Cascades, LLC was entered into in 2004 for expansion of the Salish Lodge & Spa to include an expanded hotel, meeting/conference facilities, restaurant, and residential homes on 40.3 acres. In 2007, after a bid process, the Salish Lodge & Spa and the expansion property were purchased by the Muckleshoot Indian Tribe

Since the original agreement entered into in 2004, there have been five amendments, with the fifth amendment recorded on May 18, 2016. 

As of the posting of this information on June 12, 2016, no building permits have been applied for and no construction approvals have been made.
