Town Center Infrastructure Improvement Project

The Town Center Infrastructure  Improvement Project in Snoqualmie is a four-phase project to install, replace, and improve many infrastructure and aesthetic elements in the downtown core.

This project supports Snoqualmie's downtown revitalization efforts and comprehensive plan to support a high-quality of life for Snoqualmie's residents and an enjoyable experience for visitors. 

Project Phases

Phase 1 - Completed

Phase 2 - Completed
New features and/or improvements include new water main, water services, sanitary sewer system, and storm drainage system; road paving; channelization; illumination system; new curb, gutter, sidewalk, curb bulbs, street furniture, signage, and gateway treatments; installation of a boardwalk; landscaping and irrigation; undergrounding of power, cable, and phone lines; property restoration; and preservation of legacy trees.
