Use this form to start utility service if you are the buyer of the property. Utilities provided by the City of Snoqualmie are Water, Sewer and Storm Water. For Garbage and Power, please contact Waste Management and Puget Sound Energy.
If you are a tenant and want to start service, please ask the owner of the property to fill out the Request for Alternate Billing form.
You will receive a confirmation that your form was submitted after clicking submit at the end. There is nothing else you need to do. Your account will be set up the day after escrow closes and you will receive your first bill in the next billing cycle.

If you are renting back from the seller, we still must close your account on the date escrow closes. You can work with the seller if you owe them money for utilities. We cannot prorate for rent-back situations.

Legally, the city is required to open utility accounts the day after escrow closes. If the seller is renting back from you, you must work with them to pay the utilities if the account is in your name while they are living there. You will receive your first bill around the first week of the month following your closing date. After you receive your first bill, you can sign up for online billing, paperless statements and auto-pay at the link above.
