Water Utility Rates


Questions about water utility service or billing may be directed to the City of Snoqualmie Administration Office at 425-888-1555 extension 1109.

Low income rate reductions are available based on eligibility. To apply, please submit the Declaration of Eligibility Form to the City of Snoqualmie, PO Box 987, Snoqualmie, WA, 98065 or deliver to City Hall at 38624 SE River Street in downtown Snoqualmie.


Water rates effective 02/01/2011 per Ordinance No. 1074.

For usage above the base or minimum service charge (0-200 cubic feet), customers shall be billed for each additional 100 cubic feet as indicated below. Note that 1 cubic foot equals 7.48 gallons.

$2.39 per 100 cubic feet inside city limits
$2.54 per 100 cubic feet outside city limits

Customers served by the Johnson Heights booster pump will be charged $10.90 per month in addition to the base or minimum charge and additional usage charges.

A surcharge of $1.20 per month will be added for City of Snoqualmie capital facilities projects.

A surcharge of $1.20 per month will be added for City of Snoqualmie capital facilities projects.

For non-residential usage above 600 cubic feet, customers shall be billed $2.78 per month for each additional 100 cubic feet. Note that 1 cubic foot equals 7.48 gallons.
