Reserving City of Snoqualmie Meeting Rooms
The City of Snoqualmie offers City-owned facilities to be used by our citizens before and after business hours. If you’re interested in renting a City of Snoqualmie meeting room, follow the simple steps below.

Facility Amenities and Details
- Obtain the application.
The Meeting Facility Use Request Form is available for download or by visiting Snoqualmie City Hall at 38624 SE River Street in downtown Snoqualmie. It should be used for application to use any city meeting rroms. For use of the City Council Chambers, please also fill out the technical requirements form.
- Complete the application.
Complete the Meeting Facility Use Request Form. Your signature on the Meeting Facility Use Request Form acknowledges that you have read and accept our usage terms and guidelines. Your reservation cannot be processed until we receive this form, so please do not rely on a phone call or email to reserve a room.
- Submit the paperwork in a timely manner.

- Finalize your reservation.
Once we receive your completed Meeting Facility Use Request Form, we will contact you within three business days to confirm availability or offer another option, review any special requests, determine applicable charges, and finalize your reservation.
