R.A.D. Self-Defense Class

This self defense course uses the nationally-recognized Rape Aggression Defense System (R.A.D.) program teaching strategies against various types of assault using proven methods, including avoidance, risk reduction, crime prevention and hands-on tactics. 

It is open to women ages 16 and up that live or work in Snoqualmie or North Bend. Snoqualmie Police Corporal Nigel Draveling and retired Officer Dave Bond are certified instructors of the RAD courses. 

The class is a total of twelve hours over a two day period and held at the Snoqualmie Fire Station, 37600 SE Snoqualmie Parkway.

  • Saturday, May 18, 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
  • Sunday, May 19, 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m
Participants must attend both sessions. Lunch each day will be an hour long with breaks on the hour.


Cost of the course is $30, payable by cash or check the first day of class.
