City Council

Snoqualmie is represented by a seven-member City Council and Mayor serving as chairperson. Each Council Member is elected from one of seven "at large" positions rather than specific districts or wards.

City Council Members have many duties as public servants.

  • Attend City Council meetings twice each month. The length of the meetings is not determined.
  • Attend City Council Committee meetings. There are four Council Committees. Each Council Member either chairs or is a member of two or more Council Committees that meet twice per month.
  • Serve as a City Council liaison to one of six City commissions.
  • Serve as a liaison to community organizations.
  • Research agenda topics thoroughly and consider the voices of the community.
City Council meetings are an ideal time to meet your City Council Members. You may also contact them via email.
