Questions Submitted about This Request for Proposal:

Question: There are multiple dates listed for the due date on the RFP. In the beginning the RFP is scheduled to be submitted on June 15th. Upon further review the true due date for submitting is June 7th. Further down the RFP you have dates asking for July 27th 2015. I assume July 27th is a typo. Please confirm the date of submission.

Answer: June 15, 2019 is the RFP Response Due Date.

Q: In our experience with RFPs, the requester of proposals send back direct acknowledgment to vendors participating in the RFP that they will be evaluated in the selection process. May you please confirm that this is not within your procurement process, as we did not receive any formal acknowledgment?

A: Could you elaborate on what acknowledgement you are looking to receive?

Q: Will all vendor questions be shared publicly, the questions will be sent out tomorrow according the RFP, will we receive these?

A: Yes.

Q: The City of Snoqualmie has a January – December fiscal year. As this project is set in June, should we assume we’re pricing for half a budgeted year or a whole year?

A: Final payment will be made based on when the implementation is completed. There is potential for incremental payments based on the contract agreed upon between the City of Snoqualmie and the selected vendor.

Q: If selected, may we request cooperative purchasing language in the contract?

A: It is possible that we can include it.

Q: Are operational technologies in scope for monitoring?

A: Not at this time.

Q: Is there an existing functionality testing plan for required features, and if so can that be shared?

A: The City is actively working on the functionality testing document at this time.
