City Hall Is Closed to the Public

City Hall is temporarily closed to the public In accordance with Governor Inslee's Stay Home, Stay Healthy order and public health recommendations and to ensure resident and staff safety in reducing the spread of COVID-19.

Governmental services will continue and the public can contact departments or staff for questions, assistance, and appointments.

General requests:
Monday-Thursday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Friday, 8 am. – noon

Utility Billing:
Monday-Thursday, 8 a.m. – noon

Business Licensing: 
Monday-Thursday, 8 a.m. – noon

Closed: Playgrounds and Skatepark

  • Playgrounds are closed to maintain social distancing and because equipment cannot be consistently disinfected.
  • The skatepark is closed to ensure social distancing. 

Open: Parks, Trails, Athletic Fields, Tennis Courts, and Sport Courts

  • Parks (not playgrounds)
  • Park restrooms
  • City operated trails
  • Tennis courts for singles; doubles if within the same household. 
  • Sport courts for those in the same household.
  • Athletic fields open but not for organized sports or practices. 

Police Station Lobby Closed

The main lobby of the police station is closed, but the vestibule is open, which is the space between the outer door and the lobby door. There is a phone where one can call 911 or the police station lobby.

The Police Department will answer non-emergency calls at 425-888-3333 Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Please call 911 for all emergency calls.
