Snoqualmie Citizens Academy: Learn How Your City Government Works

The annual Snoqualmie Citizens Academy seven-week course begins Wednesday, September 11. There is no charge for the academy, which is facilitated by Snoqualmie city leaders, officials, and department heads. This is an informal, interactive, and fun way to learn how your city government functions and serves the public.

Welcome and Introductions
September 11, 6:00 – 8:30 p.m.

Parks Division
September 18, 6:00 – 8:30 p.m.

Public Works Division - City Hall  
September 25, 6:00 – 8:30 p.m. 

Police Services
September 28, 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

Fire Services and Emergency Management
October 2, 6:00 – 8:30 p.m.

Community Development
Wednesday, October 9, 6:00 – 8:30 p.m.

Legal and Finance
October 16, 6:00 – 8:30 p.m.

Graduation during a City Council Meeting!
October 28, 7:00 p.m.
Upon completion of the course, participants are presented with certificates at a Snoqualmie City Council Meeting.
