Power Outage Update #2 for City of Snoqualmie (01/13/21, 3:15 p.m.)

Comcast/Xfinity Service Updates for Snoqualmie

Comcast is in storm recovery mode and have local teams and contractors proactively reviewing and repairing heavily damaged areas in coordination with Puget Sound Energy. 

Comcast’s teams cannot begin work on restoring its services until after local utilities have restored power.

Helpful Monitoring Tool - Xfinity My Account app  

The easiest way to check the status of Comcast outages and timelines for restoring services is through the Xfinity My Account app, which is available for download via Apple App Store & Google Play. Customers can save time and avoid calling into the Comcast help desk through this app.

  • Call 911 for emergencies. 
  • Sign up for ALERT King County for local and regional emergency alerts.
